What this app is

A private tool that lets my own Claude assistant work with my own Google accounts: Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets. It is not offered to the public. Only Google accounts I own and have listed in the app's configuration can be linked, and only I can sign in to use it.

Google data it accesses

• Calendar: read, create, change and delete events.
• Gmail: read messages, create drafts, send mail I approve, and change labels. It cannot permanently delete mail.
• Drive, Docs and Sheets: search, read, create and edit files.
• Basic profile (email address) to confirm each linked token belongs to the expected account.

How the data is used

Data is read or changed only when I ask my Claude assistant to do something, and only in the account named in that request. Results are returned to my Claude session and are not kept by this app. The app does not sell, rent or share Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

What is stored

One OAuth refresh token per linked account, stored as an encrypted environment variable in the app's hosting (Vercel). No email contents, files or calendar data are stored. A log line is written for each change the app makes, containing only the account key, the action and the item ID.

Limited Use

This app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access for any account can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing the account's token from the app's configuration also ends access.
